Devil's Ivy or Pothos (Epipremnum aureum) is a hardy plant species perfect for damp to very humid vivaria. A perfect option for a huge array of species, including (but not limited to) Dart Frogs, Tree Frogs, Crested Geckos, Day Geckos, etc. Originally native to French Polynesia, this species has been introduced and become naturalised in Southeast Asia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Hawaii, Australia and the West Indies. The common name of Devil's Ivy comes from the hardiness of this species as it is described as being almost impossible to kill. Due to its hardiness this makes an excellent vivarium plant as it is able to tolerate a wide variety of temperatures, humidity and light levels. A great option for the beginner who is new to planted vivaria, experienced keepers and anyone in between. A definite shop favourite.
