By signing up to receive a regular supply of live food you can get any of our prepacked tubs for just £2.20 per tub instead of their usual price of £2.50. Our Live food subscription service is easy to use and takes the hassle out of getting to the shops each week to get fresh bugs.

How it Works?

STEP 1: Select the live food type and size you require, then use the dropdown selection box to choose how many tubs (between1-10) and whether you would like them delivered weekly or fortnightly. Add any other types of live food that you require by repeating step 1 for each different type/size of live food that you require.

STEP 2: Once you have decided upon which types, sizes, quantities, and the frequency of your subscription, simply follow through the checkout process which will take you through to the PayPal website to complete the authorisation for the billing process.

STEP 3: Sit back, Relax, and we’ll sort everything else out for you ensuring that you get the selection of bugs you want, when you want, with no hassle.

FAQ:

Why does it charge me twice on my initial order?

When you first set up a subscription it will charge you for your order on the day you place it and also the first subscription delivery (you are billed one week in advance for subscriptions to ensure automatic payments have cleared before the subscription is dispatched). Should an automatic payment fail it will be re-attempted 5 days later, if it fails a second time your subscription will be automatically cancelled. Should you end you subscription any outstanding advance payment will be refunded to your account assuming it is cancelled before the subscription has been dispatched.

When will my bugs be delivered to me?

Your subscription will be processed within 24hrs of completion and this initial order will be sent out on the following postage day (e.g if you set up your Subscription on a Thursday it will be dispatched on the Friday). All subsequent deliveries will be sent direct from the livefood farm on Tuesday's via 1st class Royal Mail postal service. Your live food order will then arrive the same day each week (Wednesday, assuming a prompt delivery via royal mail). Orders of 1-4 tubs will arrive in slimline packaging that will fit through a standard post box, orders of more than 4 tubs will arrive in a small parcel.

What if I want to change my selection?

If you want to change your subscription, please just login to you paypal account and you can cancel your existing subscription, then please set up a new one with the changes you wish by repeating the 3 step process above.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

Our subscriptions are processed by PayPal so just go onto your PayPal account or internet banking and cancel the subscription from there. Your advance payment will be manually refunded to you if you have already been billed for the following weeks subscription.

Which livefood can I include in the subscription?

• Crickets in a prepack tub, all sizes from hatchling through to large,
• Locusts in a prepack tub, all sizes from hatchling to adult
• Mealworms and mini mealworms in a prepack tub
• Morio Worms in a standard prepack tub
