This Tortoise customisable kit is more than just a basic starter kit, it is a kit for life and has been put together by our instore team who collectively have over 60 years of experience in keeping and breeding reptiles. It contains everything you need to successfully provide a suitable environment for a Tortoise and there are numerous discounted upgrades available for you to be able to provide the best and most cutting edge equipment should you wish to elevate your keeping.

Not only does it cater for the well-being of your Tortoise, but it is also in an attractive, aesthetically pleasing kit that will look perfect in any home. This standard 48 x 24 size enclosure is ideal for smaller species, but we offer larger enclosure sizes as optional upgrades.

Many people keep tortoises in open topped Tortoise tables, and while this is often the optimum way to keep many species, it wont work in all scenarios, that is why we offer this customisable starter kit based around a vivarium.

Options and Upgrades:

1. Vivarium Size – Select your preferred colour and size vivarium *When upgrading to a 60 x24 x 24 or a 72 x 24 x 24 Vivarium, the cost also includes the addition of a second spotlight fitting, basking bulb and guard as a single bulb will be insufficient in a vivarium of this size.*

2. Cabinet – Cabinets are available for the standard 48 x 24in vivarium’s in all colours

3. UVB Lighting kit – You can have the standard 39w ProT5 Unit or upgrade to the cutting edge lumenIZE range (we highly recommend these kits). We also have larger light units available if you are selecting to upgrade your vivarium size and need a longer light unit.

4.Thermostat – The kit as standard already comes with a day and night programmable digital dimming thermostat but if you want greater control over your heating to be able to provide varying temperatures throughout the day then we also offer all 3 of the Microclimate Evo Connected range, these are the most advanced thermostats on the market.

5. Décor Selection – We provide two styles of décor packs suitable to instantly kit out your enclosure dependent upon species, the contents of the décor packs can be seen here, they work out much cheaper than purchasing individual decorations.

6. LED Lighting – There are options for adding additional LED lighting at a discounted price to your enclosure to make it brighter.
