Sansevieria are excellent group of plants that occur globally in the tropics in both humid and relatively arid environments. The tough leaves are very resistant and can support the weight of larger species climbing on them. It only requires watering once a week if that but can live in humid environments so long as the roots are not permanently waterlogged.  A great option for those wishing to add some live greenery to their enclosures, suitable for everything from crested geckos to bearded dragons.
