Pro Rep Melamine Vivarium’s represent the next step in product evolution for this much-loved style of reptile housing. Packed with innovative design features to reduce weight, increase strength and improve both visibility and ventilation.

The first major improvement is that the enclosure is now supported by robust aluminium corner posts, this not only increases the strength of the enclosure but reduces overall weight by allowing the sides and back to be of a more lightweight design as they are no longer load bearing. This also makes building these as simple as slotting the side panels into the corner post grooves, there really is minimal assembly required.

The sides of the vivarium now include enlarged ventilation panels and due to the cleaver design for assembling the vivarium, these vents can be placed towards either the top or the bottom of the enclosure as desired by simply rotating the side panel.

There is a redesigned cable access hole and hard cover in the back of the vivarium meaning all cables and plugs can pass through the back without the requirement to ever drill holes.

One of the most popular new design features is undoubtedly the fully glass front, unlike other brands there are no melamine supports obscuring the view at the top and bottom of the viewing area. This is made possible again by having the aluminium support rods in the corners of the enclosure. This means the front is no longer load bearing and allows for an all glass construction to improve visibility and aesthetics.
