Alocasia "Low Rider" is a hybrid cultivar of Alocasia portodora, it grows large deep green and ruffled leaves and attains a maximum height of around 60-70cm.  It is relatively hardy and can be used with many different reptile and amphibian species, including (but not limited to) Dart Frogs, Tree Frogs, Crested Geckos, Day Geckos, etc. it is native to tropical areas of Australia and Asia.

This plant does not require vast amounts of water or light but grows well when provided with such. Due to its hardiness this makes an excellent vivarium plant as it is able to tolerate a wide variety of temperatures, humidity and light levels.
