Our Live food subscription service is simple to use and takes the hassle out of getting to the shops each week to get fresh bugs.

How it Works?

STEP 1: Simply select the live food type and size you require, then you can select the frequency, either weekly or fortnightly, finally select how many tubs you would like to recieve. Add any other types of live food that you require by repeating step 1 for each different type/size of live food that you require.

STEP 2: Once you have decided upon which types, sizes, quantities and the frequency of your subscription, simply follow through the checkout process. Payments for subscriptions can be set up either by bank card, google pay or apple pay and are all handled securely by Stripe payments.

STEP 3: Sit back, Relax, and we’ll sort everything else out for you ensuring that you get the selection of bugs you want, when you want, with no hassle.

When will my bugs be delivered to me?

Your subscription will be processed within 24hrs of completion, and will be packed & dispatched on Tuesday's via 1st class Royal Mail postal service. Your live food order will then arrive the following same day each week (Wednesday). If you would like your live food to arrive on a specific day each week please send us a message via the contact form on the website (or preferably) via our social media channels where your request can be processed quicker and we will try our best to accommodate delivery requests.

What if I want to change my selection or cancel my subscription?

If you want to change or cancel your subscription, email us at globalgeckossales@gmail.com and we can amend or cancel your subscription for you.

Which livefood can I include in the subscription?

• Crickets in a prepack tub, all sizes from hatchling through to large,
• Locusts in a prepack tub, all sizes from hatchling to adult
• Mealworms and mini mealworms in a prepack tub
• Morio Worms in a standard prepack tub
• Wax Worms in a standard prepack tub
